The story

I spent thirty years climbing. And made it to a place that felt like nowhere.

I made it — but felt like I had sacrificed myself to get there.

By every external metric, I had made it. Burnt out, anxious, unfulfilled, lacking connection or purpose. My mental strain was manifesting physically — chronic bronchitis, insomnia, ovarian cysts, digestive issues. My body was saying what I hadn’t let myself say out loud.

“To succeed, I had to wear a mask — prioritizing urgency, perfectionism, stoicism. Always on. Always available. Always in performance mode.”

In doing that, I was subconsciously suppressing my greatest gifts: intuition, empathy, and holistic wisdom. Each layer of suppression was not dramatic. It just added — until I built something so thick I didn’t recognize myself underneath it.

The turning point

At forty-four, I shut down my work computer and walked away from all of it.

What followed was my rechargement year — twelve months, plus a few more, of the most disorienting, necessary, and ultimately liberating work of my life. Without a job title. Without a deliverable. Without, it turned out, a guide.

“What took me two years alone, we move through together in six months — while you are still in your career, still in your life, still holding everything you are responsible for.”

I started Uncharted because I realized my story is not unique. Visionary women are stepping away at the peak of their careers — not because they lack capability, but because they are tired of suppressing their authentic selves to survive in systems that weren’t built for them.

The path forward

There is no map for this work. That is not a warning. It is the point.

Feminine energy does not move in a straight line. It flows, circles back, and integrates what logic alone cannot hold. The work at Uncharted is not a program you complete. It is a practice you inhabit. You quiet the mind, and when the mind quiets, something else comes forward: your internal knowing.

You don’t have to choose between your soul and your seat at the table. In fact, the future of leadership depends on you bringing both. We aren’t following a trail. We are blazing one.
